ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-1 in the area bounded by

West 35^th Street; a line 231 feet east of and parallel to the east boundary line of South Maplewood Avenue; a line 325 feet south of and parallel to West 35^lh Street; a line 134 feet east of and parallel to the east boundary line of South Maplewood Avenue; a line 146.3 feet north of and parallel to West 36^th Street; South Maplewood Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
