AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed November 1, 2006 C.J.P. 90053

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 11/1/06 C.J.P. 90053 which reads: W. Wellington Avenue (south side) F.A.P. 140' West of N. Broadway T.A.P. 40' West thereof: No Parking Loading Zone, 7am to 8pm Monday thru Sunday,

By Striking 7am to 8pm Monday thru Sunday

AND Inserting in lieu therof: 7am to Midnight (All Days), No Parking Tow Zone, Except with Flashing Lights for 15 Minutes

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
