MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS NO TRUCK PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

8                     South Cottage Grove Avenue; South Cottage Grove Avenue (east side) from East 95th

Street to East 103rd Street; No Truck Parking, All Times, All Days [Or2016-638]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking on portions -of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
