Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location, during the designated day of the week and hours of the day in which the parking of vehicles is prohibited due to Street Cleaning.

No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, West Barry Ave (South Side) from

N. Lake Shore Drive to N. Clark Street- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm First Friday of every

month. April 1 - November 30.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
