LAKESHORE EAST RETAIL LLC Acct. No. 327520 - 2 Permit No. 1108754

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LAKESHORE EAST RETAIL LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Foundation Support(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 333 E. Benton PL.
Said Foundation Support(s) at Corner of E. Benton & N. Field Blvd. measure(s):
One (1) at three point five (3.5) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of one point seven five (1.75) square feet. Existing foundation support is three (3) feet in depth.
Said Foundation Support(s) at Corner of E. Benton & N. Field Blvd measure(s):
One (1) at three (3) feet in length, and point seven five (.75) feet in width for a total of two point two five (2.25) square feet. Existing foundation support is three (3) feet in depth.
Said Foundation Support(s) at N. Field Blvd measure(s):
Two (2) at three point five (3.5) feet in length, and point seven five (.75) feet in width for a total of five point two five (5.25) square feet. Existing foundation support is three (3) feet depth.
Two (2) at three point five (3.5) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of one point seven five (1.75) square feet. Existing foundation support is three (3) feet in depth.
One (1) at thirty-one point zero eight (31.08) feet in length, and point four two (.42) feet in width for a total of thirteen point zero five (13.05) square feet. Existing foundation support is six (6) feet in depth.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation...
