BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

      Helen L. Carlock      is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00)

Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at

      7729 North Ashland Avenue. Apt. 3, Chicago, IL 60626-1151      .

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
