ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 281776 - 1 Permit No. 1112893

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for LALO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT on 05/28/2014, and printed upon page 82282 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "seating capacity 30, total square footage of four hundred fifty one point one (415.10) and compensation $600.00" and inserting in their place the words "seating capacity 48', area #2 shall measure thirty-five (35) feet in length and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of six hundred ten point four one (610.41) square feet and compensation $671.46"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
