Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for NEIZA'S ENTERPRISES, INC. on 11/13/2013, and printed upon page 65524 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "NEIZA'S ENTERPRISES, INC." and inserting in their place the words "HEALTH FAMILY AND BUSINESS CORPORATION"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sign(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
