Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed Permit #10-0001444 Permit Date 02/10/2010

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED which reads: W. Belmont S/S F.A.P. 188' East of N. Wilton T.A.P. 32' East thereof;

By Striking 32' East thereof

AND Inserting: 20' East thereof

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
