ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone at 2500 through 2550 North Lotus'Avenue, from West Altgeld Street to West Wrightwood Avenue (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 8:00 am.
