ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 38876 - 4 Permit No. 1091669

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BEYOND DESIGN, INC. on 06/30/2010, and printed upon page 95426 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Said Landscaping areas for bushes at N. Ravenswood Avenue measure(s):

Two (2) at fifty (50) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred fifty (250) square feet."

and inserting in their place the words

"Said Landscaping areas for bushes at N. Ravenswood Avenue measure(s):

One (1) at fifty (50) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-five (125) square feet."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
