CLOSE TO TRAFFIC:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install "CLOSE TO TRAFFIC" signs at the below listed locations:

WARD LOCATION

20 61^st Street from Dorchester to Blackstone Avenue, Close to Traffic

8:15 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. to 3:00 PM., School Days - Provided provisions of section 9-12-040 of the city traffic code are fully complied with and provided school is responsible for traffic control devices - 10-01769681 - POr2010-944;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
