ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Millennium Trolley Tours LLC on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 79904 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Booth shall be approximately thirty-three (33) feet in height." and inserting in their place the words

"Booth shall be approximately thirty-three (33) inches in height."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
