SUSTITUTE ORDINANCE A-8133

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the C3-2 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by

West 21^st Street; South May Street; the alley next north of and parallel to West Cermak Road; and the alley next west of and parallel to South May Street;

excluding that area bounded by a line 144 feet south of and parallel to West 21^st Street; South May Street; a line 216 feet south of and parallel to West 21^st Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South May Street, which shall remain zoned C3-2,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
