BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for WPA3, LLC on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 79966 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"the sum of one hundred fifty ($150.00) per annum in advance"
and inserting in their place the words "the sum of zero dollars
Building was built before 1922"
 
 
Section 2:
 
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for bay window(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
