WHEREAS, Irene Rita Zima has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable ■, Patrick: Drfhompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and , ~v
WHEREAS, Irene Rita Zima was the beloved daughter ofthe late Jospeh and late, Catherine (nee Szepanski) and thejoving sister of the late Mary, Josephine, Walter, Al, Bruno, Charlotte, Bernice, Carol, Pauline, Stanley, and Harriette; the fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and; nephews^ She was a friend of many; and
WHEREAS, Irene was a die-hard Cubs fan and attended a Cubs game just last month! She was an active member of St. Barbara Altar.and Rosary Sodality, St. Barbara Ladies Guild, and St. Barbara Seniors; and jT
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Irene to her family - membersi friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore ; ;
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this seventeenth of November 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Irene Rita Zima and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
