City Council Alley Access Ordinance

DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1325 N. Wells, LLC, of 1325-1345 North Wells Street, Chicago, Illinois 60614, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
