Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 131 S. DEARBORN LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 131 S. Dearborn St
Said Vault(s) at S. State Street measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred point eight three (200.83) feet in length, and seventeen point eight three (17.83) feet in width for a total of three thousand five hundred eighty point eight (3580.8) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Adams Street measure(s):
One (1) at three hundred fifty-one point four two (351.42) feet in length, and twelve point five (12.5) feet in width for a total of four thousand three hundred ninety-two point seven five (4392.75) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Marble Place measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred sixty-seven point zero eight (167.08) feet in length, and eight point six seven (8.67) feet in width for a total of one thousand four hundred forty-eight point five eight (1448.58) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. Dearborn Street measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred eight point nine two (208.92) feet in length, and twelve point five eight (12.58) feet in width for a total of two thousand six hundred twenty-eight point two one (2628.21) square feet.
Existing vaults are used for office space and storage.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicag...
