BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1:    Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of

Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt S.K.I. Architecture of 1645 West Ogden Avenue, Suite 523, Chicago, IL 60612 from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 5010-5012 South Prairie Avenue.

SECTION 2:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
