TRANSPORTATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.      Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt Acorn Wire & Iron Works, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 2415 W. 21^st St., floors 1 &2.

SECTION 2.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
