Three (3) proposed orders authorizing the Corporation Counsel to enter into and execute a Settlement Order for the following cases:

 

A.      Saremm Saenz, individually, and Moises Motato, a minor, by his Mother and Next Friend, Saremm Saenz vs. City of Chicago, a municipal corporation, and Sean B. Deenihan, individually and as an agent, servant and/or employee of the City of Chicago, cited as 12 L 13473
