Commercial Driveway Alley Access Ordinance

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt L&L LP Infant Corp. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 2346 North Clark Street.
