BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 2245 North Rockwell LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress at 2245-49 N. Rockwell Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication. [\
