BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Altgeld Glenwood Management Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company of 333 South Des Plaines, Suite 207 Chicago, Illinois from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the property located at 948 West Altgeld, Chicago, Illinois.
