Chairman, Committee on Transportation and Public Way 121 N LaSalle Street, Room 305 Chicago, IL 60602

Re: 4601 N Paulina Street—Alley Access Dear Chairman Beale:

I am respectfully requesting a commissioner's authority letter exempting Saxony Wilson LLC of 4601 N Paulina Street from being required to place barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for this address. The new owners have indicated that they plan to use this access as it has been used in the past, and that no changes to the current use are planned. Please issue the letter once an ordinance to this effect has been introduced at the City Council meeting September 6, 2017.

Alderman, Ward 47

Sincerely,
