BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for XOCO on 05/04/2011, and printed upon page 118182 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"11:00 p.m. V
*Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00 PM"
and inserting in their place the words "12:00 a.m. Midnight"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

All Sidewalk Cafe applicants are required to obtain the signature of the Alderman in whose ward the proposed use of the public way is located, submit photograph(s) of the proposed cafe location, and a plan of the proposed Cafe with its associated dimensions, clearance measurements, boundaries and landscaping, street location, seating capacity, accessibility to patrons with disabilities and its relationship to the surrounding public way.
