ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached Housing) District, as shown on Map 7-J in the area bounded by:
North Lawndale Avenue, a line 411.00 feet Southwest of North Milwaukee Avenue, the alley parallel to North Lawndale Avenue and a line 441.00 feet Southwest of North Milwaukee Avenue.
To those of RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
