City Council October 31, 2018
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Vincent Rocco Arrigo has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Vincent Rocco Arrigo, Beloved husband of the late Lorraine (nee Zalatoris); loving father of Dr. Vincent DDS (Doreen), Sandra (Matt) Clarke and Dennis (Sharon); cherished grandfather of Vincent (Mary), Amelia (Bryce), Rory, Dennis, Alexandra and Nicholas; adored great-grandfather Grace; dear brother of Marge (late Joseph) Scumaci, late Anthony (Eva) Arrigo and the late Mary Ann Considine; caring brother-in-law of LaVerne (late Robert) Arrigo and Dolores (late Michael) Calderone; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews! and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Vincent Rocco Arrigo to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this thirty-first day of October 2018, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Vincent Rocco Arrigo and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Vincent Rocco Arrigo.
