CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 5, 2014

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Ashraf Arman, of South Chicago Auto Group Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6743-6753 S. Western Ave.

SECTION 2.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
