ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M1-2 Limited Manufacturing / Business Park District symbols and indications on Map No.1-1 in the area bounded by:

West Warren Boulevard; a line 92.7 feet west of and parallel to North Campbell Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Warren Boulevard; and a line 356.7 feet west of and parallel to North Campbell Avenue,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
