SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Residential Business Planned Development No. 904 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-F in the area bound by

West Roosevelt Road; South Clark Street; West 16th Street and the centerline of said street if extended west where no street exists; and the South Branch of the Chicago River

to those of a DS-3 Downtown Service District.
