ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-60-022 (17.346) through 4-60-022 (17.400), as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

On Kedzie Avenue, from Marquette Road to 65th Place.
On 66th Street, from Richmond Street to California Avenue.
On 66th Street, from California Avenue to Washtenaw Avenue.
On 66th Street, from Washtenaw Avenue to Maplewood Avenue.
On 64th Street, from California Avenue to Washtenaw Avenue thence
on the south side only of 64th Street, from Washtenaw Avenue to Talman Avenue.
On 65th Street, from California Avenue to Talman Avenue thence on the south side only of 65th Street, from Talman Avenue to Maplewood Avenue.
On Marquette.Road, from Fairfield Avenue to Talman Avenue.
On Marquette Road, from Talman Avenue to Maplewood Avenue.
On 68th Street, from California Avenue to Talman Avenue.
On 68th Street, from Talman Avenue to Maplewood Avenue.
On 68th Street, from Maplewood Avenue to Artesian Avenue.
On 70th Street, from California Avenue to Washtenaw Avenue.
On 70th Street, from Washtenaw Avenue to Rockwell Street.
