ORDINANCE

Be it ordered, that the Director of the Department of Revenue issue, free of charge, the food and merchandise vendor permits and fees for participants in the Charles Hayes Family Investment Center Open House/Health Fair and the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Buildings, and the Commissioner of Fire waive the tent erection permit fees, the sound stage permit and fees and street closure fees associated with the event, including all health fair participants and applicant, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, for the Charles Hayes Family and Investment Center Open House/Health Fair to take place on July 30, 2011 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event will take place on 4859 S. Wabash and on 48^th Street between Wabash and Michigan.
