BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

SSS Auto Inc. located at 2815 N. Sheffield Avenue from the Provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
