RESOLUTION

 

 

 

WHEREAS, The Ancient Hebrew Israelites from the house of Jacahin of the house of Benjamin of the tribes of Levi who was scattered throughout the four corners of the world, North, East, South and West.

 

WHEREAS, I, Osiros Israel Ben Gibbora Chief Levites and a Mighty one of Israel. I am now risen up to stand in the tenth course which is the course of Melchizadak priesthood of righteousness. The creator of the heavens and the earth has appeared unto me.

 

WHEREAS, Moses has appointed us a law which is called the law of liberty, to preach good tidings unto the meek he hath sent me to bind up broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives of Israel Deuteronomy 33, Exodus 21, Leviticus 25 and Deuteronomy 15.

 

WHEREAS, The spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all that mourn in Zion Isaiah 61; and

 

WHEREAS, this council and this Mayor has under the authority granted by the state of Illinois of the 90th General Assembly Legislation called "New Act" also known as the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to grant this resolution.

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this 16lh day of November, 2016; to be the year of liberty for all HEBREW ISRALITE MEN and urge all citizens to recognize the events for that time.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this resolution is presented to Osiros Israel Ben Gibbora and the Levites as they celebrate the year of Jubilee, this Declaration Page as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
