ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for PUBLIC CHICAGO on 05/08/2013, and printed upon page 53153 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Two (2) at four (4) feet eight (8) inches in diameter."

and inserting in their place the words

"Two (2) manholes at forty-eight (48) inches each in diameter."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
