CITY COUNCIL March 28,2018

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1419 S. Wabash Development from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities at 1419 S. Wabash Avenue and 51 East 14^th Street, Chicago, Illinois.
