RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Brauneis has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 77 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, -The'Chicago City Council,has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Brauneis; nee Lucotti; loving mother of Ann Marie Chavez and Julie Brauneis; cherished grandmother of Rudy (Diana), Symone and Anthony Chavez; adored great-grandmothef of Lucas; devoted daughter of the late. Julio Sr. and the late Pauline Lucotti; dear sister of Julio Jr. (Katherine), Paula, late Josephine and the late Bart Lucotti; fond aunt of many; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Mary Ann Brauneis to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now* therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty first of July 2021, do hcrcby express our sorrow on the death of Mary Ann Brauneis and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Ann Brauneis.
