PHYSICAL BARRIERS & ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Municipal Code 10-20-220 (Prior Code Section 33-19.1), the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Two Brothers Q Inc. from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 5006 N. Clark

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
