ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 358662 -1 Permit No. 1080237
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SHIGEYO HENRIQUEZ on 01/13/2009, and printed upon page 53277 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"one (1) Stone Copings over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2223 W. Roscoe St
Said Stone Coping(s) at W. Roscoe St measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-four (24) feet in length, and point three one (.31) feet in width for a total of seven point four four (7.44) square feet."
and inserting in their place the words
"three (3) Stone Copings over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2223 West Roscoe Street.
Said Stone copings at W. Roscoe St measure(s):
Three (3) stone copings: one (1) at one point six two (1.62) feet in length and point three one (.31) feet in width, one (1) at six point zero eight (6.08) feet in length and point three one (.31) feet in width, one (1) at one point three seven five (1.375) feet in length and point three one (.31) feet in width for a total of two point eight one (2.81) square feet."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
