CITY COUNCIL MEETING April 30, 2014

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal code of Chicago, the

Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Jackie Edwards from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 1153 W. 69^th St.

SECTION 2.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and

publication.
