REFER TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.    Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 4022 N Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60640 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facility at 4022 North Sheridan Road.
