WHEREAS, Parents Lindsay and Justin Pezen welcomed their new baby?son, Theodore Louis Pezen, into the world on January 26th, 2021. On that date, Theodore made his first appearance weighing 5 pounds 11 ounces and stretching the tape to 19;5 inches; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of this blessed event by the 4 Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, The joy of arrival has spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives, especially to his great grandmother Mary Lou Heisen, grandparents Ken Skisak, Eileen, Skisak, and Stan and Amy Pezen, aunts and uncles Haley Skisak, Dan Skisak, and; Jordan and Jessica Pezen, and cousins Colter Pezen and Clara Pezen; and -
WHEREAS, The announcement of this "special birth represents the future of Chicago and the endless possibilities for our great City; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of
Chicago, gathered here this twenty fourth day of March 2021, do hereby extend our heartiest
congratulations to Lindsay and Justin. We proudly welcome their sonTheodore Louis Pezen, into the
world where we are confident he will grow, prosper and, following in his family's footsteps,
make many significant contributions to the world; and , ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and
