ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. The Comptroller of the City of Chicago is directed to remove parking meters at:
North Broadway Avenue, East side of the street, between West Barry Avenue and West Wellington Avenue
North Broadway Avenue, West side of the street, from West Wellington Avenue (3000 north) to 3036 North Broadway Avenue. (3 metered spaces are to remain - 3038N to 3042 N. Broadway Avenue)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
