BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 and 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and exempt Park Boulevard 3B LLC, 10 W 35^th St. 10^th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60616, from the provisions to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the 42 W 37^th St., Chicago, Illinois, 60609, to allow the access to said to said parking facilities which are in excess of 6 spaces.
