ORDINANCE

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Four Two Four Five, 4252 N. Cicero Ave, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for such property.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
