AMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed April 19, 2017 C.J.P. 47406

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 04/19/2017 CJP 47406 which reads: North Clark Street: (east and west sides) from West Addison Street to West Newport Avenue—no stopping/no standing/no parking "tow-away zone" 9:00 P.M. TO 4:00 A.M -Friday and Saturday

By Striking 9:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M. Friday and Saturday

AND inserting in lieu therof: 11:59 P.M. TO 4:00 A.M. Friday through Sunday April 1^st through September 30^th

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
