ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-1 in the area bounded by

West 109^tn Street; a line 117 feet east ofthe east line of South Western Avenue (if extended); a line 150 feet south of and parallel to West 109^th Street (if extended); a line 143 feet east of and parallel to the east line of South Western Avenue (if extended); a 196.9 feet south of and parallel to West 109^th Street (if extended); South Western Avenue,

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

Common Address of Property:        10901-29 South Western Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
