Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. The substitute ordinance (SO2012-7230) passed by the City Council on February 13, 2013 and printed in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, pages 46841 -- 46843 is hereby corrected by deleting the words: "urinates or defecates on the public way" appearing in the twenty-second printed line from the top of page 46843 and inserting in lieu there of the words: "urinate or defecate on the public way".
