BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 1K FULTON, on 09/11/2013, and printed upon page 60072 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "IK FULTON, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "LLCSVF FULTON CHICAGO, LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
